The apartment has three bedrooms. The master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the south terrace. Another bedroom has two single beds and the third offers a trundle bed. Both have access to the closed terrace.

The house has a garage in the same urbanization with the possibility of parking a car, something highly sort after and recommended seeing how parking in the area where it is located is especially difficult in the season of summer.
